1. Overview

By engaging with services provided by Authentic Self Code, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and a seamless experience for all parties.

2. Services

Authentic Self Code offers 1:1 sessions, coaching, strategy, and guidance designed to support personal and business growth.

All services are delivered with care and intention, but results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual circumstances, commitment, and implementation.

3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via the designated booking system.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

We honour both your time and ours.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are also charged in full and are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Authentic Self Code provides guidance, insight, and support, but you remain in control of how you choose to implement any advice or recommendations.

6. Confidentiality

All client information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, unless required by law.

We are committed to holding a safe, respectful, and private space for all clients.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content shared by Authentic Self Code remain the intellectual property of Authentic Self Code.

These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Authentic Self Code is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of our services.

By working together, you agree that you are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your choices.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
